Tonight’s menu is…

…lots of lamb mince, aubergine, tomatoes, garlic, basil, and a dash of cinnamon. I am really considering going vegetarian again, but I am really wary of tofu and most soy. I would also have to make meat for Mr. Moggs or convince him that Quorn is meat. Knowing my luck, he’d be one of those with the awful gastro-intestinal effects from Quorn.

I’d do without meat substitutes entirely, but I’d probably get sick of beans and eggs as my primary protein source.
